just for some help you guys, everytime you log on, press the "veiw posts since last visit" button right underneith your messages just so you dont have so scroll through everything to see what heppened.
and also those who dont have an avatar.... its simple just find a picture you like on google or somthing then just copy and paste the URL address onto the URL bar in your profile.
